It was ironic when we received our March 2006 issue of FMCA magazine and saw "Meet Duncan Systems" on the front cover.  We were going to write you to let you know what a pleasant experience we had with the company. 

While camping in Kissimmee, Florida we had a problem with the gasket on our front windshield.  We first contacted Dusty's RV in Bartow where we originally purchased our coach and they referred us to Duncan .  We then called Duncan Systems and made an appointment. 

They were prompt on the day of service and did an efficient and clean job.  The two men who came out were most professional and courteous.  Upon completion of the work when we asked for an invoice, they told us the price which was exactly as quoted on the telephone and that one would be mailed to our home address so we could send in payment.  How unusual in this day and age! 

We would highly recommend Duncan Systems for all you motorhome glass needs and we would not hesitate to use their other repair services if ever required.
